1. Shipping Policy

 

Shipping Duration

Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 3 – 7 working days within Peninsular Malaysia and 5 – 14 working days within Sabah & Serawak via GDEX, J&T and/or Pos Laju.

 

Shipping Coverage

Orders are shipped within Malaysia only.

 

Shipping Cost

We are charging RM7 flat rate per order for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and RM13 flat rate per order for delivery to East Malaysia.

 

2. Refund / Cancellation Policy

Strictly no refund / cancellation allowed

Vendor is strictly not responsible for delays caused by courier service. No refunds/ cancellation can be made as the vendor has no control over the delivery times and period of courier service. 

 

3. Return Policy

We offer a one-to-one exchange, 30-day guarantee (from shipping date) for defective products. Email your intent for a product return to customerservice@monami.my or WhatsApp us at +6011 1666 2641. Please provide the information below for return approval to be made.

  • Email Address
  • Proof of Purchase / Order ID
  • Proof of Defects (Videos and Pictures)

Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 10 – 20 working days. Defective items will not need to return unless requested by Write World Sdn Bhd and/or Monami Malaysia personnel.
